WHOLESALE SHIPPING POLICIES:
*Shipping orders are a minimum of $100.00 each (before shipping charges).
*Shipping charges are estimates only and are subject to possible variations based on the products & packaging. Please note that the computer cannot account for nesting items or items that can be packed inside other items. Because of that, the shipping tends to over-estimate on the amount. We know from our experience that once we have the order packed, the shipping typically runs anywhere from 15-20% of your total. If there is a difference, and 90% of the time there is, we will refund that difference back to your credit card.
*We do not do backorders on items that are out of stock at the time your order is pulled. Any items that are no longer available will be removed from the order and credited back to your credit card.
*All damages must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please email a picture of the damaged item to millcreektradingcompany@gmail.com, also include the Order ID number and the product SKU number.
*We do not send replacements for any damaged items. Once we receive the picture, we will determine if the item needs to be returned or not. If the item needs to be returned, then the credit for that item will be issued as soon as we get it back. We will cover the cost of shipping the item back and provide the shipping label to you. If the item does not need to be returned, then the credit will be issued immediately. We will only refund the full amount of the damaged item. There will not be any refund given towards the cost of shipping the order to you.
*All cancelled orders will be charged a 10% restocking fee.
